I have a certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Nutrition, as well as, a decade of experience as a professional personal trainer and nutrition coach.

What happens at the initial start of each program?
The purpose of this first meeting is to assess what fitness information is most needed and desired by the client and provide information on how to get started or continue making progress toward your health and fitness goals.
Why do I need a customized program that is just for me?
Everyone has different goals and their bodies react different to certain exercises and food thus proving that every human bean is different. There are five components with any good fitness program. When followed the better chances of success. They are nutrition or meal planning, supplementation, a proper resistance program, cardiovascular exercise, and professional assistance.
I’m a beginner, is personal training and nutritional coaching for me?
Yes. Whether you are a beginner or an experience, conditioned athlete, we will design a training and nutritional program personalized specifically for you and based on your current fitness levels and goals.
