Weekly Fitness Bootcamps
I know that working out in a gym can get very monotonous after awhile. That is why Perfection Fitness Boot camps offer a different more diverse setting for your training needs. We offer two different boot camps on a weekly basis and they are:
Beginner’s Boot camp
The Beginners Boot camp is for anyone and everyone. It is one hour in length and is a total body workout that focuses on cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, abdominal, and fat burn training. It is a great way to get outside, get your heart rate up, and meet others that have the same goal of living a healthy lifestyle!
Cost: 1 session for $25 or 5 sessions for $100

Advanced Boot camp
The Advanced Boot camp is more for athletes, body builders, cyclists, or anyone that wants to have a killer workout. We focus on cardiovascular conditioning, building leg muscle, and fat burn. This class runs one hour in length and will definitely test your fitness level.
Cost: 1 session for $25 or 5 sessions for $100
Location: Katy Park in Katy, Texas. I-10 to Fry RD, left on Clay RD, left on Porter RD, turn right onto MORTON RANCH RD/MORTON RD. Continue to follow MORTON RD. End at 24599 MORTON RD is on the LEFT.
